That is always where I have found the most joy in life. And I believe that I am here to help people with a very challenging, stressful process - the buying and selling of real estate. With over six years and nearly 40 Million in real estate sales, I have the knowledge and experience necessary to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Simply put, I want my sellers to sell their home at the highest price, in the shortest amount of time, and with the least amount of stress. For my buyers, I want to help them find the perfect home at the lowest possible price. I believe in doing the right thing and in having fun in life. I put my clients ahead of myself. I am confident that you will enjoy working with me.
Personal
I'm a North Carolina native having been born and raised in Goldsboro, NC. I grew up on a farm, where I learned all about hard work. After graduating from NC State University in three and a half years with a degree in Communications, I worked for a Raleigh non-profit organization, assisting people with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining employment. I am a member of Ambassador Presbyterian Church in Apex. My magnificent wife, Karen, is a former math teacher at Green Hope High School. She now stays at home with our two children, Ayla Kay (4) and Derek Earl (2). Derek doesn't know it, but he is the future point guard at NC State. I enjoy sports, collecting rare baseball memorabilia, and Wolfpack basketball and football. |
