| | We met Matt at a turning point of our lives when we decided to move to New Zealand.
Our original plan was to rent our house and wait up the difficult times for real estate market. Unfortunately this did not work out and we had to put the house on the market right after we moved to New Zealand.
Matt bravely agreed to be our agent. We are sure he did not realize what he got himself into: he had to deal with the contractors, including getting estimates, negotiating the best deals and overseeing the work was done properly; connecting and disconnecting services, moving our personal affects that still remained in the house, etc.
Of course it is no surprise that Matt was able to stamp out all the brush fires that inevitably appear during a sales transaction and he even arranged for the money to be transferred to our account in New Zealand after the closing.
We will definitely recommend Matt's services to anybody who needs selling a house remotely while living in a different city, state or even country, as well as to anybody who has no time dealing with all difficult aspects of selling a house in such a challenging market.

I truly believe that it was due to his proactive efforts in marketing our home that it sold in less than two weeks!! (other homes in the neighborhood did not sell that quickly!!!)
