About Matt Peedin | Realtor and Real Estate Agent in The Triangle, NC Region
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me! If you’re here then it’s likely because you’re thinking about buying or selling a home in the Triangle area. If that is the case, I’d love to help!
Whether you’re relocating to the region, moving around or away, or you’re planning on building your real estate portfolio, having access to the right information whenever you need it is crucial to your success. As your Realtor, this is what I provide – relevant, up-to-date information that will help you make the best, most educated decisions.
HOW CAN I HELP?
When I say you can count on me, I mean it.
From the start of my career, it’s always been about putting my clients first. You can rest easy knowing that I will always be watching out for you throughout the process, from the home search to the closing table and beyond. My passion in life is to glorify God and one way I do that is by serving my clients and putting their interests ahead of my own.
Extensive local knowledge.
I know the Triangle area and its many real estate markets very well, having lived and worked here from the time I came to Raleigh to attend NC State University. Whether you’re buying or selling property in Apex, Cary, Raleigh, Holly Springs or anywhere else in the region, I’m your source for information on anything from the current market trends in specific neighborhoods to area schools.
I’ll work hard for you.
Having grown up on a farm in Goldsboro, I know about the value of hard work. As a full-time Realtor with over a decade’s worth of experience, I’ve learned that success in real estate comes from a combination of knowledge and perseverance. I AGGRESSIVELY work with my clients. You will be challenged to find another agent that will work harder for you.
I understand the distressed property market.
If you’re looking for opportunities in foreclosures and short sales, I’m here to help you find the best ones. Having flipped many properties through the years, I know all about this foreclosure market. In fact, the home I am presently in was a courthouse foreclosure purchase.
A little more about me…
After graduating from NC State, I worked for a Raleigh non-profit organization, assisting people with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining employment. I am a member of Ambassador Presbyterian Church in Apex. My incredible wife, Karen, is a former math teacher at Green Hope High School. We now have three kids – Ayla Kay, Derek Earl, and Leah Ruby – and they make life very interesting. We also have Ernie, the 12 year old basset hound that, I’m convinced, would be in prison if he was a human. On the side, I enjoy all sports, collecting sports memorabilia and vintage photography, and Wolfpack basketball and football.
