Matt is hands down the best realtor in Raleigh! He is fast, very responsive, and will always be straight forward and honest with you. You will enjoy the time looking at houses with Matt as well. He got us in our first house at an awesome price in an extremely competitive market. There were a lot of offers on our house but with Matt’s experience we were able to secure the house. You won’t regret choosing him!

Matt Peedin did a wonderful job helping me find a new home in the Triangle area. As I was moving from out-of-state during the COVID pandemic, most of our communication was by voice or online. Matt set up an excellent link for me to review potential homes online, and he rapidly changed search criteria when requested. When I came to the area, Matt and I spent two days looking at prospective homes. As it turned out, the first home was the one! Matt was instrumental in completing negotiations on price and items to be repaired or replaced. The home inspector selected by Matt was very thorough and provided a detailed report. After closing, I asked Matt for additional help on a few matters and he responded quickly with appropriate guidance. I would heartily recommend Matt to handle real estate needs.

We have gone through the home-buying process with Matt twice in the last 3 years and listed our previous home with him as well. We cannot say enough about how great he is to work with! We sold our previous home at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and had to overcome every hurdle you can think of during our sale and new home purchase. Lost buyer, inspection issues, delayed closing, and the list goes on. He was there with us every step of the way. Compassionate and caring as well as lighthearted and kind. And once again he helped us navigate the stresses, encouraged us throughout the sales process, informed us of everything we needed to do and pitfalls to avoid, and helped us price our home to get the max sales offers. Long before we decided to commit to selling our current home and purchasing a new one, Matt was willing to sit down with us to cover the ins and outs of the process, hear how we wanted to approach it, and to highlight things for us to get a head-start on. It was almost a year later when we decided to proceed and signed on with him as clients. As part of his service he provided an in-home consultation with a professional stager to improve the appeal for our sell. He always offered his professional advice but was willing to leave decisions to our discretion. The enthusiasm he has for his clients is rivaled by none.

My husband and I had such a great experience with Matt! He was incredibly responsive from the first day and was very informed. He helped us find a lender with great rates and gave us great information on how to put together an attractive offer. He helped us get the house we wanted despite several competing offers! Matt was recommended to us by a friend. He has a lot of industry knowledge which was crucial for us as first-time home-buyers. He brought us out to see a lot of homes in a small amount of time, and talked me through lots (and lots - and lots) of details as well as making solid recommendations for our mortgage broker and other professionals involved in the home-buying process. We found him to be trustworthy, responsive, motivated, and not pushy. He loves to talk, so judge for yourself whether that's your style. In the end, we got a beautiful home that we love in the city we wanted to be in, in the price range we wanted. Can't really do better than that.
