Matt is simply the best. He helped my parents when we relocated to the Triangle from NJ in 2009 (I was a teenager) which involved looking at HUNDREDS of houses! Matt was recommended to us by a friend. He has a lot of industry knowledge which was crucial for us as first-time home-buyers. He brought us out to see a lot of homes in a small amount of time, and talked me through lots (and lots - and lots) of details as well as making solid recommendations for our mortgage broker and other professionals involved in the home-buying process. We found him to be trustworthy, responsive, motivated, and not pushy. He loves to talk, so judge for yourself whether that's your style. In the end, we got a beautiful home that we love in the city we wanted to be in, in the price range we wanted. Can't really do better than that.
